Public Sector People are partnering with a local government organisation to recruit for highly skilled Development Assessment Planner for a 3 months contract.

Competitive hourly rate: Up to $88 p/h + Super Responsibilities Evaluate proposals to ensure compliance with local environmental plans (LEPs), development control plans (DCPs), and the NSW planning legislation.

Provide recommendations and reports for council decision-making or delegated approvals.

Consult with residents, developers, government agencies, and other stakeholders on planning matters.
