Your new company

Ideally located in the Greater Sydney area, this council has a fantastic culture and an excellent project pipeline. A developing local area, this Council is currently managing a range of applications and is looking for an experienced planner to come on board to join their DA fast-track team.

Your new role

You will join the DA Planning team and assist in the preparation of and effective processing of various assessment applications, including but not limited to alternations, additions and a range of dwellings. This local government area is booming and has a great deal of commercial and residential development planned. You will have exposure to excellent projects and grow your portfolio of skills. They are looking to bring someone on board for an initial contract with opportunity to extend.

What you'll need to succeed

You must have experience completing DA projects within the NSW Local Government space, as well as a relevant tertiary qualification in Planning or a related subject. You will have a hardworking, can-do attitude and be able to autonomously manage fast-paced workloads.
