As Group FC, you'll lead the finance function, ensuring strong governance, accurate reporting, and insights that enable informed business decisions.You'll be exposed to a broad mix of operational and strategic finance, have direct impact on business outcomes, and enjoy working in a high-performing, fast-paced environment that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.The Role In this position you'll take responsibility for financial control across multiple entities, balancing day-to-day operational excellence with forward-looking strategy.
You'll provide trusted advice to the CFO and Board, manage investor and regulatory reporting, and lead a small, high-performing finance team.Key areas of responsibility include:Delivering statutory, management, and regulatory reporting across the group (including multiple international offices) Ensuring robust governance, risk, and compliance frameworks are in place and effective Partnering with the CFO and senior executives on financial strategy, planning, and capital management Providing commercial insights, modelling, and analysis to support growth, investment, and M&A opportunities Leading and developing a high-performing finance team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement Driving efficiency and innovation in financial processes, systems, and reporting The Ideal Person You are a senior finance professional with a strong technical foundation and a track record of success in complex business environments.You bring deep experience in financial control, compliance, and reporting, alongside the ability to partner strategically with executives and boards.With CA/CPA qualifications and a collaborative leadership style, you thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and are motivated by the opportunity to shape financial performance at both an operational and strategic level.Salary / Rate $170k - $190k + Super + incentives Excellent staff benefits How to Apply To apply online, please click on the appropriate link.Alternatively, for a confidential discussion, please contact Alan Larby on 02 6108 4878 quoting ref no.
