Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of existing mid-market clients in the Melbourne region Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers Identify and act on opportunities to cross-sell and upsell solutions, including: Infrastructure (Microsoft, HP, Lenovo), Cybersecurity (Crowdstrike, Sentinel One), Networks (Fortinet Firewalls)Work closely with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction Drive account growth and track performance against revenue targets Represent the business as a trusted partner, not just a vendor Skills & Requirements: Proven experience in account management or customer success in the IT industry Experience working with mid-market customers, ideally in a managed services environment Strong relationship-building and commercial acumen Ability to spot growth opportunities and drive revenue from existing accounts A self-starter with a proactive and client-first mindset Why Join?Step into a warm portfolio with room to grow Join a highly regarded IT provider with a national presence and 30+ years of success Collaborative team culture, strong internal support, and great leadership Attractive commission structure with real earning potential Commission Structure:$30 K annual target90% of target = 6% commission100% = 8% commission110%+ = +2% accelerator Salary: AUD90.000
