What's on offer?We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Administrator to join our Infrastructure Services Team, based in Ormeau.
This role will support our management team with financial and administrative tasks related to operations.
Your Responsibilities Accurately record and process subcontractor payments.
Manage inventory and update stock sheets.
Process accounts payable, including raising purchase orders and goods receipting.
Complete end-of-month tasks such as processing accruals, journals, fuel tax reporting, and NGER reporting.
Liaise with subcontractors and engineers regarding contracts.
Let's Connect Ideal candidates will have previous administrative experience in a construction or maintenance site environment, with a good understanding of forms and contracts.
Additional Qualities Proven leadership and teamwork skills.
Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication skills for liaising with stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent IT skills; JDE experience is preferred.
