Job Overview

Product Leadership Role

  • Oversee product development, pricing strategy, and portfolio management across the lifecycle.

About You

  • Proven experience in commercial insurance product management or underwriting.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with underwriting, distribution, claims, and risk teams to drive business growth.
  3. Manage product launches, including pricing, marketing, and sales enablement.
  4. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
  5. Mentor direct reports and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial insurance product management or underwriting.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
