The position of Senior Administrator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the administrative team, ensuring efficient and effective administrative support across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor and motivate the administrative team to achieve high performance and professional growth.
- Workflow Management: Coordinate and manage administrative workflows to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality standards for administrative processes and services.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and provide ongoing development opportunities for team members.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to meet the demands of various departments and projects.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise within the administrative team.
- Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication within the team and with other departments.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, productivity and areas for improvement.
- Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
- Proven experience in a senior administrative role.
