About the Role – Lead Creative, E-commerce and Marketing As our creative lead, you will be responsible for executing and elevating the brand's creative vision across all digital and physical touchpoints.
Working closely with the Creative Director & CEO, design, marketing, and e-commerce teams, you'll lead the development of cohesive, high-impact visual content that drives engagement and commercial results.
This is a full-time role, but we can be flexible for the right person Key Responsibilities Art Direction & Leadership Lead and inspire the creative team, fostering innovation and professional growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure visual consistency across all assets.
Guide and review content across departments to ensure brand alignment.
Own and maintain brand guidelines, updating as needed.
Campaigns & Content Creation Develop and execute concepts for digital campaigns, EDMs, and the website.
Oversee campaign photoshoots, from pre-production styling to on-set direction (composition, lighting) and post-production (retouching, asset delivery).
Produce engaging motion-based content (GIFs, MP4s) for social media, Shopify, and digital ads.
Stay across design trends and best practices to keep creative output fresh and effective.
Digital & E-Commerce Graphic Design Design compelling content for email marketing, including weekly EDMs, automated flows, and seasonal refreshes.
Ensure designs are commercially focused, visually consistent, and responsive across all devices.
Create and maintain visual assets for Shopify: homepage banners, landing pages, and promotional graphics.
Regularly update website imagery to align with current campaigns and collections.
Marketing & Communications Develop creative for paid and organic social media in alignment with marketing campaigns.
Work with the marketing teams to coordinate campaign asset rollout across channels.
Collaborate with all teams to deliver on-brand, high-conversion digital assets.
Project & Production Management Manage timelines and priorities in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely delivery of assets.
Coordinate with print suppliers and external partners as needed for branded collateral production.
What We're Looking For At least 3 years' experience in a senior creative role—ideally within e Commerce, fashion, lifestyle, or design-led brands.
A strong portfolio that showcases your design skills, creativity, and understanding of typography, layout, and composition.
Confident across Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, After Effects) and familiar with video editing tools like Premiere or Capcut.
Comfortable creating short-form video and motion content tailored for social media.
Solid understanding of digital design for social and e Commerce—Shopify experience is a big bonus.
Experience with Klaviyo or similar email platforms is a plus.
Basic copywriting skills and the ability to write or adapt on-brand messaging across formats.
A sharp eye for visual storytelling, branding, and polished typography.
Super organised and efficient—able to manage multiple deadlines and keep things running smoothly.
A strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Experience producing creative that supports e Comm, marketing, and brand growth.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-output creative setting.
Adaptable, solutions-focused, and ready to pivot when needed.
Up to date with the latest design trends, social styles, and UX best practices.
Technically savvy with how digital platforms work and how to design within their constraints.
Confident producing a high volume of digital and motion assets to deadline.
Able to clearly express ideas and take feedback with a positive, open mindset.
