EatClub is a high-growth tech company changing the way hospitality venues drive profitability. Founded by renowned chef Marco Pierre White and backed by leading investors, our dynamic pricing platform helps hospitality venues fill empty tables by offering real-time, last-minute offers to consumers. With thousands of venues across Australia and international expansion underway, EatClub is on a mission to become the leading demand-generation engine for the hospitality industry.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Regional Lead to launch and own the Hobart market, from the ground up. This is a hybrid role combining sales execution, account management, and full market ownership.

You will lead the initial go-to-market effort, sign anchor venues, ensure a high-quality Day 1 launch, and then evolve into a local growth operator, responsible for the ongoing performance of the region. You'll be the face of EatClub in Hobart, working closely with our revenue, marketing, and product teams to build one of Australia's most exciting new regional markets.

What You'll Do

Launch Hobart

  • Build and execute a localised launch strategy, in partnership with revenue leadership.
  • Sign high-quality venues and ensure all are live with active offers by launch day.
  • Personally close top independent venues and strategic groups to establish credibility and early momentum.
  • Coordinate onboarding, training, and offer activation for all signed venues.

Own The Market

  • Transition from acquisition to market growth and optimisation.
  • Ensure Hobart's venue base remains active, engaged, and profitable.
  • Balance supply and demand by working with marketing to drive traffic and visibility.
  • Maintain a consistent flow of high-quality new venues and upsell opportunities.

Drive Results

  • Own core commercial metrics: signed venues, gross revenue, deal volume, retention, and CAC.
  • Monitor and improve market health via CRM, reporting tools, and dashboards.
  • Reactivate lapsed venues, coach partners on performance, and resolve local challenges quickly.

Work Cross-Functionally

  • Collaborate with consumer marketing to plan local campaigns and drive foot traffic.
  • Partner with sales and account management leadership on territory planning, retention strategy, and upsell motions.
  • Feed local insights to product and ops to improve platform experience and processes.
  • Be the local field leader, representing the market internally and mentoring nearby team members as we scale.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or commercial territory ownership.
  • Experience launching a new market or building a business from scratch.
  • Background in hospitality, food tech, or marketplace businesses is a plus.
  • Strong relationship builder and confident closer, commercially minded and hands-on.
  • Comfortable working autonomously with high levels of ownership.
  • Able to operate at both strategic and tactical levels to get things done fast.

Why Join EatClub

  • Be the face of a top-tier growth company in a new market.
  • Work directly with executive and revenue leadership.
  • Join a high-performing, mission-driven team changing the game in hospitality.
  • Enjoy autonomy, impact, and a clear path to career growth as we scale.
