Role Specifics Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a motivated Project Manager with extensive experience in asphalt paving in road construction project across WA, working closely with clients, employees, and contractors.
Oversee the efficient delivery of Asphalt construction and associated works as directed.
Provide leadership in relation to safety and ensure a safe working environment in which all employees work safely in accordance with company Zero Harm requirements.
Optimising financial performance through the coordination, programming and administration of all contracting operations and obligations Proven experience in identifying opportunities; improvements and solutions Demonstrated ability with building relationships with key stakeholders Evaluate team effectiveness and coach team members to achieve superior performance Provide regular reporting on project schedules, look ahead and at-risk activities.
Review and approve deviations to the project plan and schedule.
