We're on the lookout for someone who is passionate about fashion, creative, organised, and full of ideas to join our small team and take charge of our social presence (plus lend a hand around the office when needed).
We care about attitude, creativity, and being a good fit with our team.
The Role:
You'll be responsible for planning and creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Threads all while keeping our feed fresh and on-brand.
You'll also be ensuring smooth office operations, supporting the E-Commerce team, marketing team, and managing day-to-day admin tasks at Adam Heath.
Your Responsibilities:
Weekly arranging and shooting of our in-store model.
Selecting and editing all images
Writing engaging captions, keeping our content fresh and on-brand
Answering direct messages in socials & customer service emails
Collaborating, creating and/or checking over 2-3 EDM's per week
Assisting our Digital E-Commerce Manager with day-to-day tasks Including product uploads, collection creation and website management
Creating digital marketing ads using video and static images and supplying creative to our digital ad agency
Assisting in shooting and sourcing ghost/product imagery for online products
Assisting in the smooth operation of E-Commerce photo shoots for onlin
Assisting packing online orders ready to dispatch
Entering stock and unpacking new deliveries
Pitching in wherever needed - we're a small team, so versatility is key
What We're Looking For:
A strong eye for luxury fashion and aesthetics
Super organised and happy to juggle a few different tasks day-to-day
Experience with editing Instagram & TikTok reels where photo/video editing is required
Klaviyo experience is preferred.
Shopify experience is a must
Work in a beautiful boutique surrounded by International and Australian designers
