About the role Daikin Australia is currently offering an opportunity for candidates to join our Commercial Sales team in Brisbane, based in Murarrie QLD, as a Technical Sales Support Officer.
Reporting to the Sales Manager – Commercial QLD, you will be responsible for assisting our Account Managers and Sales Manager with product selection, estimating, arranging product tenders, packaging of product solutions, following up on quotations, and handling customer inquiries related to products.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to : Review project and product specifications, select products, and provide quotes within relevant time frames and project parameters to customers.
Prepare preliminary solutions and pricing on products as requested by internal or external customers.
Provide product information - including data, brochures, etc.
- and offer advice and guidance on technical queries to both internal and external customers.
Maintain appropriate customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist Sales staff with project-related calls to/from customers when required.
About you Mechanical Engineering degree/diploma or equivalent qualification, or HVAC trade qualification, along with demonstrated experience and knowledge in HVAC, will be highly regarded.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience reading and interpreting technical plans and tender specifications.
High level of organization skills with attention to detail.
Proactive approach to learning and personal development.
