Are you passionate about leading a dynamic national Enterprise team focused on bringing a new experiences to a set of strategic and fast-growing companies? Do you have experience nurturing high-performing talent that can tackle large challenges while driving a high level of customer obsession? Do you have the business acumen, technical background and leadership skills necessary to help establish Amazon as a key cloud and AI provider in the Enterprise segment? As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive growth and shape the future of our Cross Industry business.
Your responsibilities will include building and managing a highly talented sales team focused on driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration in the marketplace.
The ideal candidate will possess a sales management and technical background that enables them to recruit, develop, and lead a team of Account Managers , while driving business-building activities around sales strategy, customer service, working alongside partners, cross-functional teams and business operations.
Key job responsibilities
Drive revenue and market share in a defined region.
Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
Build, manage and mentor a sales team.
Develop and execute against a strategic sales plan.
Lead internal projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research and strategic development.
Accelerate customer adoption.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.
Manage contract negotiations.
Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts and C-level executives
Ensure customer satisfaction.
Required experience at infrastructure/services IT companies
Expect moderate travel.
Role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
10+ years of technology related sales, business development or equivalent experience
5+ years of sales management experience
Experience in management of large, complex enterprise accounts or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree or equivalent
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
