Key Responsibilities Work closely with the creative, paid media, and organic social teams to generate and test ideas that drive product demand Write compelling copy and creative thought starters for ad campaigns and social content Find new, cost-effective ways to connect with and convert our target audiences - especially female Gen Z and Gen Alpha consumers Lead ideation around how Hismile products can be positioned through the lens of wellness, relevance, and everyday value Identify cultural trends, niche communities, influencers, and personalities that align with our brand and act on them quickly Collaborate with the team to refine brand tone and messaging across channels Think scrappy: seek out underpriced attention, test fast, and move even faster when it works Preferred Experience Copywriting for direct response, social, and/or paid media Experience working in or with paid media teams (Meta, Tik Tok, You Tube, etc.)Running or supporting organic social channels for fast-moving brands Past experience in brand marketing, growth marketing, or creative strategy Skills Strong organisational skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Attention to detail Problem-solving abilities What You'll Love About Hismile Competitive salary, plus superannuation Daily subsidised meals prepared by in-house chefs for breakfast, lunch and dinner Free barista-made coffee every day Access to our fully equipped in-house gym and wellness hub On-site showers, locker rooms and amenities Indoor and outdoor seating areas to collaborate with colleagues Regular team events/activities Free parking right in front of our HQ doorsOur culture is unlike anywhere else and our offices are designed with workspaces to help you do exceptional work.
