Salary: P60,000 – P80,000 (Monthly Package)Schedule: Monday - Friday (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PHT)What are we looking for?Skills Required: Qualification in mechanical engineering, construction management, or trade-based background Minimum 3 years' experience in estimating (preferably in metal fabrication or industrial construction)Familiarity with fabrication drawings, materials, and trade practices Review tender documents Manage quantity take-off process and prepare Bill of Quantities as required Oversee project specific teams and lead complex tender bids Nice to Have: Experience working in a site-based or manufacturing environment (advantageous)Knowledge in Australian Standards What will you do?**Estimation & Tendering**Review project documentation, specifications, and drawings to prepare detailed cost estimates.

Prepare and submit quotations, tenders, and pricing schedules to clients as per submission deadlines.

Conduct quantity take-offs and apply accurate labour and material rates.

Ensure cost estimates achieve target gross profit margins.

Maintain and apply standard costing methodologies and ensure all estimates align with company procedures.**Project Planning & Handover**Collaborate with Operations to confirm scope clarity, methodology, and feasibility of quoted works.

Provide a comprehensive handover of successful tenders to operations, including inclusions/exclusions, assumptions, supplier quotes, and agreed margins.

Support the operations team on variation pricing and project cost control throughout the life of a project.**Client & Supplier Engagement**Maintain strong working relationships with key clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Liaise with suppliers to obtain accurate and competitive material and subcontractor pricing.
