Ideal Candidate Proven Sales Professional: Strong background in sales, ideally within the packaging or related industries.
New Business Hunter: Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to secure new clients and achieve ambitious sales targets.
Autonomous and Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently while staying motivated and goal-oriented.
Hands-On: Comfortable stepping into responsibilities outside the typical BDM role when necessary.
Relationship-Oriented: Skilled at developing long-term client partnerships.
Industry Expertise: Background in strapping or industrial packaging is preferred but not essential.
