Full Stack Developer

9 month fixed term contract role, potential to extend.

This role is open to hybrid/remote workers based in Australia, with office location in Victoria of Sunshine or Braeside.

The Role

As an IVE CX & Data Developer at IVE, you will be responsible for analysing stakeholder requirements and designing and developing bespoke websites, APIs, and database integrations for IVE and its clients, primarily for internal business use. You will oversee the full development lifecycle of applications, including manual and automated testing, advanced support, and automated releases.

In addition, you will handle the maintenance, upgrades, and technical support for existing and new products used by IVE CX & Data in its business operations.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or Technology.
• Minimum 5 year's experience with C# or similar .NET technologies in the Enterprise space, including .NET Core and .NET Framework.
• Minimum 5 year's experience with Microsoft SQL Server or similar technologies in the Enterprise space.
• Experience designing and building enterprise-grade applications.
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience with:
• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Test Driven Development.
• .NET Web technologies including ASP.NET MVC.
• Microsoft SQL Server design and integration.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
• Desire to continually learn and improve, exploring new technologies and methods for optimisation.
• Effective communication skills with stakeholders at various levels of technological expertise.
• High level of organisation and time management.

Experience with the following is also highly regarded:

• Additional development languages such as Unix scripting and VB.NET.
• Proficiency in CMS technologies (ideally Umbraco and/or Xperience by Kentico).
• Understanding of:
• Client-side technologies such as Blazor.
• Authentication methodologies relevant to on-premises environments.
• API Documentation standards such as OpenAPI Specification/Swagger.
