Immuta is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to be a trusted advisor for our customers in the Asia-Pacific Japan (APJ) region.
In this pivotal role, you'll blend deep technical expertise with strategic relationship management, directly impacting the adoption and long-term success of Immuta's cutting-edge data security and governance platform within complex enterprise environments.
YOUR ROLE As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be the bridge between Immuta's innovative technology and our customers' production success.
You'll have the opportunity to: Drive Customer Success: Lead the technical and business journey for our customers, defining the path to production rollout, ensuring seamless adoption, and maximizing the value they derive from Immuta's data governance solutions.
Be a Trusted Strategic Advisor: Provide unparalleled insight, technical domain expertise, and solution design, becoming the go-to expert for customers navigating complex data security and governance challenges throughout their entire lifecycle.
Orchestrate Implementation Excellence: Guide customers through comprehensive onboarding, use case implementation, and ongoing optimization, ensuring they achieve their defined success criteria and business objectives.
Champion Customer Value: Proactively monitor customer health metrics, drive adoption initiatives, and demonstrate measurable business value to secure renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
Influence Product Evolution: Serve as a critical feedback loop, translating customer insights and experiences directly back to our Product team to inform and shape future development priorities.
