
Corporate Account Manager

What you'll achieve As an ANZ Corporate Account Manager, you will work with our diversely skilled team in sales, product, delivery, and executive teams to ensure our solutions meet the evolving needs of our healthcare customers.
You will take ownership of key partner and third-party supplier relationships across the region.
You will: Be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our current footprint, initiating new business opportunities, and building strategic partnerships that align with our clients' digital health transformation goals.
Sales & Revenue Ownership Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts with full accountability for revenue performance, including third-party relationships with solutions that complement Dedalus' offerings.
Develop and execute account growth plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
Lead commercial discussions, renewals, and contract negotiations.
Business Development & Growth Initiatives Drive adoption of new solutions and capabilities that align with client transformation priorities, focusing on partner engagement and enhancing Dedalus' market position.
Partnership & Ecosystem Engagement Support joint go-to-market initiatives and strategic alliances.
Represent Dedalus in external forums, conferences, and client engagement events.
Develop contracts and align with governance and external partners to establish ongoing commercial partnerships.
Footprint Optimization & Value Realization Identify areas for upsell, cross-sell, and enhancement of solutions.
Use data and insights to demonstrate value and drive continuous improvement.

Here's what you'll need to succeed: Essential Requirements10 years in the profession and five years in enterprise software sales within the healthcare sector (digital health experience welcomed).
Proven sales experience with complex software and services, meeting or exceeding targets.
Ability to communicate, present, and influence all organizational levels, including executive and C-level.
Proven ability to articulate product and service aspects clearly.
Track record in developing and executing business plans, goal setting, team building, and performance management.
Ability to position products against competitors.
Desirable Requirements Strong analytical skills to discover business insights and opportunities.
Experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
Knowledge of OH&S, risk management, workers' compensation legislation, and principles.
