As aSenior Property Manager, you'll be entrusted with overseeing a residential portfolio and representing the best interests of both landlords and tenants with professionalism, care, and integrity.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Leasing of properties.
  • Conduct lease renewals and rent reviews.
  • Managing ingoing and routine inspections with Property Manager.
  • Delivering outstanding landlord and tenant client service.
  • Arrears management.
  • Other general day-to-day tasks relating to portfolio management.

About You

  • Hold a current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
