About the Role As an HR Business Partner, you'll work alongside the General Manager of People, to deliver tailored HR solutions across your client group.
You'll be a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Partner with leaders (Head of, Managers) to implement the HR business plan and drive people outcomes.
Provide coaching and advice on employee relations, performance management, and enterprise agreements.
Support workforce planning and headcount management aligned with strategic goals.
Champion consistent application of HR frameworks and tools.
Collaborate on communication and engagement strategies to foster a transparent and inclusive culture.
Lead change management and transformation initiatives.
Work cross-functionally with HR teams to deliver high-quality, consistent HR services.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk mitigation.
What You'll Bring Minimum 4 years' experience in a generalist HR advisory role.
Strong knowledge of HR functions including ER/IR, change management, remuneration, and EEO.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proven ability to manage complex ER cases and investigations.
A collaborative, proactive mindset with a focus on simplicity and employee experience.
Analytical thinking and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
Deep understanding of relevant legislation and employment frameworks.
