About The Role As Compliance Manager, you will oversee and ensure adherence to WHS, environmental, and legislative obligations across our business.
You'll work closely with leadership, production teams, and regulatory bodies to maintain a safe and compliant workplace while enhancing our commercial and operational performance.
This full-time role plays a critical part in managing risk, embedding proactive systems, and representing Zone Manufacturing in all matters relating to safety, certification, and industry regulation.
Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and industry regulations Lead certification and audit processes across products and manufacturing operations Conduct internal audits and incident investigations, implementing corrective actions Oversee compliance systems, documentation, and reporting tools Monitor regulatory changes and update internal stakeholders and procedures accordingly Provide training and coaching to embed a compliance culture across teams Represent Zone RV in interactions with regulators, certifying bodies, and auditors Promote continuous improvement in risk mitigation, compliance efficiency, and safety standards About You We're looking for a confident communicator and compliance professional with proven experience managing regulatory obligations within a manufacturing or production environment.
