Fixed term temporary full time opportunity to implement and effectively manage the delivery of specialist building maintenance expertise and provide high level compliance services within Metro North Health.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

  • Providing technical and expert advice in relation to compliance of buildings and building services in line with statutory regulations and obligations.
  • Prepare, present and review evidence, reports and submissions to make appropriate recommendations in accordance with legislative requirements and regulations to inform decision making.
  • Provides specialist advice for construction projects relating to building and building services compliance for all statutory type maintenance.
