Community Care Director

This pivotal position offers an opportunity to lead high-quality community care services. The successful candidate will oversee clinical governance, operational management, and risk assessment across NDIS and Home Care Packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership in clinical practice and quality improvement initiatives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans for complex clients.
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to deliver best-practice outcomes.
Requirements:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Evidence of ongoing professional development.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in aged care or community care.
- Proven leadership skills with ability to mentor and develop staff.
- Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation.
