Project Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Support onboarding processes for project personnel and contractors
- Manage contract administration and documentation
- Prepare and maintain project reports, schedules, and records
- Assist in general project administration tasks, including meeting coordination, minute-taking, and document control
- Ensure compliance with company policies and project procedures
- Previous experience in a similar project administration role, ideally within the mining, construction, or heavy industry sectors
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
- Resident of (and willingness to work DIDO from) Rockhampton, Emerald or nearby regional centres
- Work with a leading global mining company
- Competitive contract rate (c$500-600pd)
- Be part of a critical mine-life expansion project
