Project Administrator | Civil & Mining Projects | Central Queensland

Join a high-performing team supporting major civil and mining projects across Queensland.

We're seeking a versatile and tech-savvy Project Administrator to assist with data entry, reporting, and daily project coordination.

About the Role

You'll play a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting site operations, and ensuring smooth communication between our field teams, workshop, and head office.

The ideal candidate will be organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision. Previous experience preferred but not essential, training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data entry and document control across project and compliance systems
  • Assist with scheduling, procurement, and internal reporting
  • Support project teams with admin, correspondence, and record keeping
  • Liaise with suppliers, clients, and on-site personnel
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all work tasks
  • Must be able to work 1 Rostered Saturday per month

Skills & Attributes

Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite essential)

Excellent attention to detail and organisation

Able to work independently and within a team

Tech savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly

Flexible, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
