What does the role entail?Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for implementing HR strategies and supporting change initiatives.
You will collaborate with stakeholders and a team of HR professionals.
Key responsibilities include : Supporting HR leadership in process integration across Australian operations Driving change management initiatives Leading digital projects for onboarding, leave, and probation processes Partnering with stakeholders on HR programs and flexible work planning Reviewing and maintaining policy compliance Supporting workforce planning, merit cycles, and salary benchmarking Assisting with mobility cases, onboarding, offboarding, and HR communications Supporting recruitment, training, and compliance activities Analyzing HR data for trends and improvements Managing HR inbox, organizational charts, and manuals Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives What do I need to be successful?Proven experience in a HR Generalist / Analyst / Advisor role within a dynamic or global environment A degree in Human Resources is highly desirable Strong knowledge of ER, policies, and awards Excellent communication and attention to detail Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience with HRIS systems (Workday & Share Point)Exceptional stakeholder management skills Ability to build relationships, negotiate, and solve problems Professional, flexible, and positive attitude towards HR practices Please apply now to join this people-focused organisation.
