Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a challenging role and make a significant impact in the organization.

Job Summary

The HR Advisor will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR advice to stakeholders, supporting managers and employees with employee relations issues, conducting investigations into employee complaints, and reviewing and developing HR policies.

About the Role

This is a generalist position that includes:

  • Providing comprehensive HR advice with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
  • Supporting managers and employees with employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Conducting investigations into employee complaints and ensuring fair outcomes in line with company policies and legislation.
  • Working efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Reviewing and developing HR policies to reflect best practices and legislative requirements.
  • Assisting with training and workshops on relevant HR policies and legislative changes.
  • Leading and supporting HR projects to improve processes and enhance employee experience.
  • Managing reporting and compliance activities with precision.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field, 3-5 years of experience in an HR advisory role, and knowledge of Australian employment legislation.

You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
