We are looking for a Customer Support (Superannuation) Specialist to join our team
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional support to superannuation members, ensuring trust and satisfaction.
Assist customers across other products such as managed investments (Spaceship Voyager) and US Investing services.
Understand superannuation regulations and processes thoroughly.
Empathize with a diverse customer base, from experienced investors to first-time superannuation users.
What You Will Need:
Strong knowledge of superannuation regulations.
Excellent communication and empathy skills.
Ability to handle diverse customer inquiries confidently.
