Your New Role:

Due to exciting growth within the business, our client is looking for a superstar Customer Service Representative to join their high performing team on a temporary basis with the view to go permanent. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for:

Handling a high volume of calls daily relating to enquiries, pricing and trackingProcessing orders through SAPUpdating customer information in SAPLiaising with internal and external stakeholders in relation to stock availabilityResolving and escalating customer issues where required The Benefits: Opportunity to go permanentOngoing training and developmentCareer progression opportunitiesOnsite parking and close to public transport About You: Previous experience in Customer Service, Call Centre, Administration, Order ProcessingDemonstrated experience with SAP or a similar CRMStrong written and verbal communication skills
