ABOUT THE ROLE
One of the key functions of this role is to take and action orders from active and existing clients regarding a variety of products and services.
For this reason we are looking for energetic and dynamic individuals who are self-motivated and have great attention to detail.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Order processing via SAP
- Taking inbound calls
- Answering general product enquiries
- Order processing
- Data entry
- Assisting with reporting/data entry
- Following up on installations
- Stock management
- General administrative tasks
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Min 1+ years SAP experience (preferred)
- 2 years proven customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work to set deadlines & in a busy environment
- Own transport
Full working rights
- Can work Monday
- Friday (38hrs pw)
This is a fulltime position (Temp
Perm opportunity)_ This role requires you to be available immediately and you must have full working rights within Australia (No Visa's)_
