About the Role

The Senior Project Officer, led by the Manager, Governance and Strategic Coordination works in a small team responsible for providing expert advice and support to the VSBA Executive team and VSBA Divisions on governance and integrity.

Key ResponsibilitiesSecretariat support for key VSBA and departmental governance committeesDevelopment and coordination of updates to governance committees on assurance and risk activitiesProvide support and advice to build governance capability and drive continuous improvementDevelopment and oversight of the implementation of the VSBA Integrity Action PlanProviding oversight and coordination of the VSBA response to external and internal audit and Gateway Reviews including reporting and monitoring on the implementation of actionsRequirementsExperience in stakeholder Experience in strategic planningPrevious experience within Department of Education is desirableInterested?
