Senior Project Officer, TAFE

Transition Salary:
$106,534 to $128,897 (Plus Superannuation)

Fixed term until 30 June 2025 Usual hours of work:
Full time (flexibility may be available)

Melbourne CBD (flexibility may be available)The Role Reporting to the Manager, TAFE Transition, the Senior Project Officer is responsible for working closely with the Manager for developing, implementing, and oversight of change management initiatives to support and drive improved outcomes working with individual TAFE institutes and the TAFE network.

The Senior Project Officer is responsible for working closely with the manager on developing the Change Management Plans to support the delivery of specific TAFE Transition objectives to drive improved quality, efficiency and responsiveness (including in emerging areas).

Project Portfolio Management systems, tools, processes, training, and other materials.

The role will work across the Office of TAFE Coordination and Delivery as a change management subject matter expert to provide advice and guidance to leadership and project delivery teams.

The Team The position of Senior Project Officer, TAFE Transition forms a part of the Skills and Employment Group and Office of TAFE Coordination and Delivery Branch.

This Branch plays a system leadership and management role for the TAFE Network across Victoria.

The OTCD is primarily responsible for driving change in the way in which the Victorian TAFE Network provides training as a coordinated network and serves Victorian students, employers and communities and responds to Government priorities.

About You The role will suit a change management specialist, with a track record of program transition, ideally in complex and multi-dimensional organizations.

You will have highly developed interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to collaborate and drive outcomes in a small team environment.

This position will suit individuals who enjoys working in a high-profile project to deliver change with tight deadlines.
