The Strategic Account Management team at Agoda plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of accommodation partners. They provide strategic advice to excel on Agoda's commercial platform, contributing to the company's position as a market leader.

The Opportunity

As a Strategic Account Manager at Agoda, you will nurture relationships with key supply partners to drive mutual growth. Your responsibilities include identifying new sources of supply, analyzing data to propose solutions, and leveraging technology to support partners.

  • Develop long-lasting relationships with key supply partners
  • Maintain regular engagement with key partners
  • Analyze data to offer tailor-made solutions
  • Identify new opportunities for business growth
  • Train clients on technologies and tools
  • Prepare materials for partner meetings
  • Respond to partner requests effectively
  • Gain buy-in for strategies and promotional campaigns
  • Maximize product offerings to match market demands
  • Deliver on growth targets and strategic initiatives
  • Support senior stakeholders with country reporting
What you'll Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 - 5 years of business development/account management experience
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Experience in internet/e-commerce
  • Proven success in customer relationship management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Innovative thinking
It's Great if you have
  • MBA or master's degree
  • Travel industry experience

This role is based in Sydney. NO visa/relocation will be provided.
