Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated Retail Sector Security Officer to deliver exceptional customer service and emergency response at one of our retail locations in the Western Suburbs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering high-quality security and customer service
  • Monitoring, patrolling, and securing assigned premises
  • Responding to emergencies, alarm events, and calls for assistance while providing necessary support
  • Evaluating and addressing situations of risk
  • Managing access control
  • Documenting incidents and maintaining data logs

Work Schedule

Fixed roster hours:

  • Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday: 13:30 to 22:00
  • Sunday: 10:00 to 19:00

Candidate Profile
