**About the Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Retail Sector Security Officer to provide exceptional customer service and emergency response to one of our retail locations in the Western Suburbs. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing a high level of security and customer service duties
  • Guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and controlling assigned premises
  • Responding to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance, and providing necessary support
  • Assessing and responding to situations of risk
  • Access control
  • Incident report writing and data logs

**Key Responsibilities**

The successful candidate will be required to work a fixed roster of:

  • Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday: 13:30 to 22:00
  • Sunday: 10:00 to 19:00

**Requirements**

  • Current Security License
  • Control Room License – Highly regarded
