This is a permanent full time role based in SYDNEY.

Enough about us What youll do as Digital Growth Manager:

This role is responsible for delivering audience and consumption growth for Network 10s digital platforms, predominantly 10 Play.

Functions will also include:

  • Develop and manage innovative and measurable strategies for acquisition and growth
  • Maximise growth by implementing campaign efficiencies across various channels, partners, and platforms
  • Lead and mentor internal digital team to ensure growth goals are achieved via owned communication channels, such as email, IAM, push and merchandising
  • Collaborate closely with the National Marketing Campaign Manager and deliverables team to strategically plan and implement paid performance initiatives aimed at fostering sustainable growth for N10
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Journey Manager and Marketing Analyst to harness strategic insights for optimising the impact of our initiatives
  • Manage and guide third party agencies as required
  • Proactively seek out opportunities to enhance acquisition strategies, consistently identifying and capitalising on openings for new initiatives, products, and subscription services
  • Work to analyse challenges and identify alternative solutionswith a focus on continuous improvement
  • Develop, monitor, and constantly evaluate ROI, reporting to Head Of Marketing on results and with actionable recommendations

What are we looking for in a Digital Growth Manager? Whats important?

  • Demonstrated proficiency in digital marketing analytics, encompassing the ability to comprehensively understand, track, and analyse program performance
  • Understanding of overall cross-platform attribution
  • Hands-on experience in the field of Martech, showcasing a deep understanding of marketing technology tools and platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability and flexibility to adapt to changes in schedules and delivery, coupled with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • A positive attitude, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and autonomy
  • A strong enthusiasm for continuous learning
  • Proven leadership experience with a positive and nurturing style
  • Good communication and presentation skills, proficiency in English essential

Extra points for the following, but not necessarily required:

  • A foundational understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
  • Experience in media
