Job Description

The Purpose of this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Activation Manager to join our team at Spark Foundry. As a key member of our digital media team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of digital campaigns, ensuring a high standard of quality and performance.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage and optimize paid search and social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies that drive business results and meet client objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to build and execute future-focused testing and optimization roadmaps.
  • Provide exceptional client service and leadership, ensuring strong relationships and delivering against performance targets.
  • Oversee the execution and optimization of paid search programs and campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.

Ideal Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in managing large client budgets and sophisticated paid search and social media campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to concurrently manage a team and individual task list.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and GA360/GA4, with a strong understanding of programmatic campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate media strategy into performance media solutions and drive results.
