HR Partners is excited to collaborate with a dedicated and dynamic community services client for a full-time Recruitment Advisor position. In this role, you will play a crucial role in assisting Hiring Managers in recruiting top talents to support their vital work.



Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand business needs and lead end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Review and enhance job descriptions to align with business needs and attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Use HRIS to effectively post job advertisements on various online platforms within set deadlines.
  • Offer guidance on candidate screening, interview assistance, and stakeholder management during the recruitment process.
  • Support Hiring Managers in applicant communication, reference checks, and offer handling.
  • Oversee smooth onboarding processes and work with HR Business Partners on employee relations issues.
  • Represent the organization at recruitment events, showcasing a dedication to diversity, satisfaction, and excellence.


To be successful, you should:

  • Have a valid driver's license and a Working with Children (WWC) check to comply with regulations.
  • Preferably possess 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a role with significant administrative duties, demonstrating proficiency in handling a variety of tasks.
  • Show a sincere passion for community services and assisting others.
  • Display motivation, enthusiasm, and a team-oriented attitude, contributing positively to team dynamics and organizational objectives.
  • Be proactive and skilled in stakeholder management, showing assertiveness and effective communication abilities.
  • Demonstrate outstanding organizational and coordination skills, ensuring smooth implementation of recruitment processes and duties.
