We are proud to currently be partnering with a large Federal Government client in helping them recruit for multiple APS2 PASSPORT PRODUCTION OFFICER, commencing in late July Your new position As an APS2 PASSPORT PRODUCTION OFFICER, your duties include: Management and distribution of high volume of mail and correspondence.Perform high speed and accurate data entry, document preparation, scanning, personalisation, crop, document/photo exceptions re-work.Analyse paper based passport applications to online forms (as required) in Canberra or State and Territory Offices.Provide various administrative support in relation to and prior to the issue of Australian travel documents, with guidance as required.Assist in the travel document production workflow, i.e.: ensure data quality prior to the issue of Australian travel documents.Undertake Quality Assurance of travel document application forms prior to print of travel documents.Meet deadlines, required work outputs and performance expectations in line with APO Performance FrameworksApply attention to detail, accuracy and produce high quality work in line with APO Quality thresholds.
