About the Opportunity

The Learning and Communications Admin Support role will manage the day-to-day operations of a variety of global People and Culture business systems, ensuring system access, system availability and user support. You will perform regular system maintenance tasks including user management, system updates and troubleshooting, working with the business owners of the systems, coordinating with external vendors or our internal teams for technical support where needed.

You will also liaise with suppliers and stakeholders to manage relevant contracts. set up new users on licenses and provide administrative support on tools and manage our license database. The role also provide technical support and assistance to global users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving problems, and addressing enquiries related to the relevant systems and applications. This may involve remote support for users located in different geographical locations.

Other expectations include updating users on new features and changes, delivering training for users, maintaining and updating user guides and providing suggestions for business improvement in the use of relevant systems. The role also requires the generation of regular reports on trends identified, system usage, compliance completion to relevant stakeholders.

This is a growth role with opportunity to step into the L&D or Internal Communications areas and provides the opportunity to stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends and best practices in global system administration.

You'll be perfect for the role if you have:

  • Strong knowledge of systems software and operating systems, particularly Sharepoint/MS Systems
  • Solid knowledge of processes and tools utilized for system management, problem reporting, change management and support tools
  • Excellent technical trouble shooting skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and client service skills
  • MS Systems/Internal Comms or learning certification/s or background
