What you'll do:

Drive revenue independently and manage a portfolio of business consisting of both agency and brand direct clients
Identify and close strategic up-selling opportunities by understanding core client business needs
Overseeing a number of Sales and Marketing clients operationally and strategically as well as providing direction for how we go upstream
Take responsibility for more complex Sales and Marketing brand relationships. Apply business insights and industry knowledge to advance the client and TTD's goals. Persuade and lead senior level meetings
Maintain a strong understanding of the product roadmap and platform functionality but is also able to think on a more macro-level and develop messaging which factors in the wider industry and trends
Assist with projects and go-to-market strategies which impact the wider BD team and start to develop the understanding and commercial insights needed for forecasting and other sales management techniques
Lead a growing team of Account Executives/Senior Account Executives and deeply understand the team's strengths and weaknesses so decisions can be made to make the best use of individuals' talents
Supports development of individuals on their career path by creating specific measurable actions for them. Define success in terms of the whole team rather than individuals
Provides feedback and opportunities for developmental discussions at annual performance reviews but also throughout the year

Who you are:

12+ years of comprehensive experience in online advertising sales across diverse sectors including online publishing, ad networks, exchanges, servers, SEM platforms, DSPs, Traditional media and other relevant areas.
Effective communicator skilled in engaging senior stakeholders to establish lasting, consultative client relationships driving sustainable business growth.
Existing relationships with key decision-makers in major holding companies for enhanced collaboration and business expansion opportunities.
Consistent track record of surpassing revenue targets, demonstrating capability in generating significant business outcomes.
Visionary leader with a collaborative management approach, dedicated to inspiring and guiding teams towards shared goals while prioritising personal and professional growth.
Fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating seamless collaboration towards common objectives.
Proficient in communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills crucial for navigating complex business environments and conducting impactful negotiations.
Driven by data when negotiation, enabling effective decision-making and resource allocation.
Willingness to travel occasionally for business meetings, showcasing adaptability to fulfill organisational requirements.
