What you'll do:

As a Senior Human Resources Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce. You will be responsible for providing strategic advice on all aspects of human resources management. Your ability to analyse employee data will help us address both individual and broader workforce issues. You will also have the opportunity to contribute significantly to our human resource capability by designing, developing, and delivering training programmes. Your strong interpersonal skills will enable you to build effective relationships with key stakeholders. Your commitment to achieving results will see you participating in various projects aimed at improving our HR practices.

  • Deliver practical business outcomes by providing strategic human resource advice and ensuring quality people management practices.
  • Maintain knowledge of current human resources practices, systems, industrial instruments, and emerging trends to ensure compliance and recommend continuous improvement.
  • Analyse employee data to address individual and broader workforce issues, define risks, and present evidence-based solutions.
  • Contribute to human resource capability across the workforce through the design, development, and delivery of training, procedures, guidelines, and resources.
  • Build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support human resource initiatives.
  • Participate in human resource projects and working groups to deliver outcomes within agreed timeframes.
