Our client is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Program Manager for Culture Change. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a team delivering strategic initiatives for enhanced governance, decision-making, and cultural change.

As a Program Manager for Culture Change, you will play a pivotal role in leading the delivery team and program of strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for leading all aspects of project development, implementation, and closure across a portfolio of change projects. Your ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively will be crucial in ensuring that project deliverables are met. Your role will also involve providing expert advice to stakeholders on emerging project issues. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.

  • Lead the development and delivery of a portfolio of projects, leveraging resources to maximise efficiencies and achieve required outcomes.
  • Manage all aspects of project development, implementation, and closure across a portfolio of change projects.
  • Implement strategies and tools for the continuous monitoring and evaluation of projects.
  • Lead the project team (internal and external) to deliver all key project milestones and outcomes.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and issues management.
  • Provide expert advice and information to stakeholders on emerging project issues.

You are comfortable dealing with uncertainty and risk, making quality decisions based on analysis of available information. Your ability to share information, support others when necessary, and handle conflict in a compassionate yet direct manner sets you apart. You have proven experience managing complex consultations and negotiations with diverse stakeholders within agreed timelines. Your flexibility in responding to multiple project objectives given limited resources and tight deadlines will be key to your success in this role.

  • Ability to deal comfortably with uncertainty and risk to make quality decisions based on analysis of available information.
  • Experience managing people and projects effectively to meet deadlines through goal setting, resource allocation, risk management, and performance evaluation.
  • Willingness to share information, support others when necessary, and deal with conflict in a compassionate, direct, objective positive way.
  • Ability to manage complex consultations and negotiations with diverse stakeholders within agreed timelines.
  • Flexibility in responding to multiple project objectives given limited resources and tight deadlines.
