An exciting role for a TA/EA who to jump into their next role and elevate their experience and exposure.

You will have 3+ year experience in a similar role coming from Financial Services or Professional Services.

You'll be responsible for providing all support needs to the Client Service team, Global Trade VP plus a Melbourne based Executive Director. Duties will also extend more broadly across ad hoc support to the other two EAs, as well as Invoice payment management for the Payments business.

Job responsibilities


• Maintain diaries across multiple time zones

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders whilst managing coordination and logistics for meetings

• Screen incoming calls and determine the level of priority, while using caution in dispensing information

• Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel, whilst maintaining T&E policies

• Process invoices and T&E expense claims. Ensure all policies are followed and items are processed within provided guidelines. Act as a subject matter expert for policies and procedures

• Handle regular activities without prompting, and advise in advance with issues or delays

• Work cooperatively with other Assistants across the group and work in positive partnership to achieve all required outcomes as a team.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:


• Minimum 3 years working as an Executive Assistant, ideally within Banking or other Financial Service industries.

• A positive, engaged individual who owns their role and takes full responsibility for outcomes.

• Strategically minded, pre-empting and / or resolving issues

• Advanced ability to organize.

• Tact and good judgment in confidential situations.

• Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities i.e. calendar management.

• Business/Secretarial College diploma or equivalent.
