The Opportunity

The Director for APAC Digital Experience Business Development is responsible for driving top line growth for our APAC DX business. Reporting into the APJ DX marketing leader, this role will manage a team of people managers across APAC and will be responsible for setting clear strategy on a scalable and repeatable process of quality pipeline creation and conversion to bookings across new and existing business.

What you'll do

  • Responsible for all BDR pipeline creation for the APAC across all sales segments
  • Measure and ensure that the pipeline creation motion adheres to a repeatable process that drives conversion to bookings across new and existing business.
  • Drive BDR hiring and enablement engine in line with the high-performance culture and Adobe's values.
  • Lead a team of 30+ people working across three regions and multiple countries.
  • Coach second-line managers to establish rigor in their businesses, develop their First Line Management and BDR talent, and work with other parts of the business to continuously increase the DX footprint in new and existing customers.
  • Establish strong operational cadence to run repeatable process, leverage data to make critical decisions to improve business performance.
  • Partner with Enablement lead to train and coach BDR teams to identify and present compelling views of DX solutions.
  • Coordinate strategies to align BDR specialist teams to present the right messaging to the right prospects without fatiguing contacts or accounts.
  • Establish trust, rhythm, and alignment with the corresponding sales teams.
  • Own headcount, quota, and business planning for the APAC BDR motion
  • Own sales pipeline qualification process to improve BDR pipeline quality, working with sales to deliver consistent & predictable close rates.

What you need to succeed

  • Validated work experience as an Inside Sales leader with strong track record of coaching managers to improve team performance.
  • 10+ years managing managers and running multi-level sales/business development teams.
  • Leadership proficiency and ability to instil a strong culture of performance and collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of how to build a demand gen funnel and work seamlessly with sales and marketing ecosystem.
  • Experience working with multiple sales partners, developing effective BDR process across multiple systems.
  • Strong critical thinking ability and focus on driving data-driven decision making excellent at Outreach reporting and Excel modelling.
  • Able to proactively diagnose and address gaps in pipeline creation with tactical plans & campaigns, working closely with demand gen and field marketing teams.
  • Able to track and diagnose strategic efficacy and recommend shifts/changes in course when necessary.
