We are currently looking for a personable, dynamic and motivated team player to join our Lumus Imaging, Northern Beaches Hospital reception team, providing outstanding customer care support to our patients and referrers.

You will be responsible for all reception duties including:

  • Customer service and care
  • Make imaging exam bookings
  • General clerical duties
  • Patient record management
  • Medicare billing and banking

Essential criteria:

  • Prior proven success in a customer focused role (previous experience in Medical Imaging an advantage but not essential)
  • Exhibits a positive and team orientated approach to their work with ability to multitask and constantly adapt to a dynamic and busy environment.
  • Flexibility to work shifts in and out of regular working hours including some weekend work if required.
