MAYDAY Recruitment are seeking multiple Medical Receptionists and Medical Secretaries for an Australian Cardiology provider, based in Northern Beaches within their clinics.

**What will you be doing?**
- Schedule and verify patients' appointments and consultations.
- Ensure the clinics operate smoothly.
- Efficiently handle administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary contact for patients, welcoming them upon arrival and accurately handling necessary paperwork.
- Handle a high volume of telephone inquiries.
- Handle billing and payment processing for patient accounts.
- Maintain constant communication with the team to optimize processes.
Perform document scanning and reconcile daily banking transactions.

**What experience will you have?**
- Previous experience working as a Medical Secretary or Medical Receptionist
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and excellent organisation
- You are warm by nature and display professionalism at all times
- Remain calm and work well under pressure and in a busy environment
