About the Role

This is a pivotal role that will further drive the growth trajectory of ABC Group in the Insurance Repair space and beyond. Reporting to our Executive General Manager, you will be responsible for fostering existing client relationships as well as identifying and creating new business opportunities to expand our national footprint.

Key Accountabilities

  • Working closely with our Directors / Executive General Manager to identify and facilitate business opportunities to provide further growth for ABC Group.
  • Create and deliver on sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue objectives.
  • Foster and maintain existing Insurance partner relationships, ensuring we capture opportunities to increase our service offerings to our clients.
  • Research and build a prospective client list and evaluate potential market entry opportunities.
  • Become a subject matter expert for our competing markets, monitor competitors' service offering strategies to optimise market share.
  • Attend all relevant brand meetings and industry events
  • Actively celebrate the success of our team

To ensure your success, you will possess the following;

  • Experience in a comparable Business Development role, ideally within the Construction or Insurance sector
  • A competitive attitude and a self-starter mindset that drives you to exceed KPIs
  • Advanced presentation, sales, networking and negotiation skills
  • Customer centric mindset with the ability to build outstanding relationships
  • Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
