About the role

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an

IT and Office Support in our school.

This dynamic role requires a combination of technical support and administrative proficiency to ensure the smooth operation of our school's IT infrastructure and office functions.


  • Key responsibilities:_

IT Support:

  • Provide technical support to students, faculty, and staff for hardware, software
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly to minimise downtime.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for hardware and software procurement.

Network Management:

  • Ensure the security and integrity of data by implementing and enforcing IT policies.
  • Perform regular backups and updates to safeguard against data loss and security breaches.

Office Administration:

  • Assist in general office tasks, including filing, data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Attend to the demands of the front officeanswering phone, supporting parents
  • Manage and coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance.
  • Support administrative staff in organising events and handling communication.
To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:

  • hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
- have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
